From the start, Fillmore Farms has been dedicated to steady, long-term growth. It is a legacy operation, with a stable and committed workforce.
Now operated by Brit Fillmore, Gerald’s widow, Fillmore Farms remains committed to best organic practices.
Fillmore Farms is a model organic grower, using organic compost and other organic soil amendments. We follow common sense and natural farming methods in our clean and productive orchards.
Mother Nature helps, of course, providing one of the best growing regions on earth for English Walnuts, with soil, climate, and water supply that are just right.

Fillmore Farms is vertically integrated. Not only do we grow organic walnuts, we harvest, hull, dry, and shell, allowing us to market and ship directly to our customers.
Our walnuts are not cross processed. We process walnuts exclusively, ensuring that our product is wheat-free (gluten-free), peanut-free, and other tree nuts-free.
